Transform the manual Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) process into a web based process. The process of collecting BC/DR related information was previously done by entering the data into an empty Word document template which causing a huge ineffeciency and producing much more works for filtering and examining the entries
A web portal as the entry point of the Business Continuity program. The heart of this portal is the Business Continuity Plan which hold all BC/DR related information that comes from all department within the company.
