Finally I got my Mac Book Pro last friday and I loved it. I wasn’t a hard decision which computer I wanted to get - after I sold my previous mac computer - particularly after Apple build its computer with Intel chip, and you can run Microsoft Windows on it. Yes Microsoft Windows, but why? It’s been more than two years now that I develop ASP .Net application and I loved it since then, that I’m sure I won’t dump this framework as my weapon of choice. With the new technology such as Windows Presentation Foundation ( I took course at DevelopMenthor), Silverlight, MVC .Net, LINQ, and ASP .Net Ajax, I’m sure that I use the right framework for application development. So doing all of that development on this machine is just fabulous.
It is a Mac Book Pro 2.2 GHz, and today I might want to upgrade to 4 GB memory. It is just nice and works just great, I don’t hear anything from inside the machine, the display is so clear and bright. Beside doing what I always do (.Net development), I’ll refresh my skill in PHP (Leopard has the fifth version installed), dig deeper into Ruby on Rails (this one is shipped as bundle in the new Leopard OS), and finally begin speaking Java.
I love my mac.
