It is official that Fabio Capello is now the new England football team manager (coach). When some names were mentioned to be candidates for this position, I was never think that he will be the one that FA would pick. In my opinion the team need someone that knows the players and the league very well. Capello might have some big thriumphs in Italy or as Real coach, but he was never a coach for an English team.

I always favor personality such as Stuart Pearce, Jose Maurinho, and my number one for this position is Jurgen Klinsmann. Klinsmann fits this job due to some reasons. As a player he played for Tottenham Hotspur and was the player of the year 1995, which makes him a few recognizable German player in Enland. He was always a player that fit to the way an English team would promote: speed and power. As a coach of the German world cup 2006 team, he had his own rules that was implemented uncompromisingly resulted in third place, and a team with the best performance throughout the World Cup. His football philosophy revolutionized the way German team played. One big reason for the situation in England team is because Klinsmann is a big motivator, one that can setup a team to beat big names or I’m sure such as team like Israel, Croatia, Russia, and Macedonia.
