Social Enterprise

A nice roundup about Social Enterprise. I personally think that the culture of the company and the characters of each individual play an important role of the success of any social enterprise technology. The Enterprise 2.0 technology such as blog, wiki, social networking has established it self among individuals or startups in a very short time where enterprises still trying to get their million dollar of investment in a long term project finally work. In some situations that I know the managers or chiefs are not familiar with all that technologies or they think that those are just another hype that won’t benefit the company at all.

For me, all those new technologies offer me a huge benefits for my daily needs at work or in my free time. A good example is how big company like Microsoft with its .Net Team communicate with the developer to promote their framework or even giving us an insight into their upcoming plan.

At the end, I still believe if there are benefits there will be ways for those new technologies to access the enterprise and being used by employees.
